Qura is a mobile application designed to provide Muslim users with original Islamic audio content. The app includes Quranic interpretations, lectures from Mecca scholars, prayer guides, and stories of the Prophet, creating a comprehensive Islamic learning experience.

All content within the Qura app is original and fully owned by the developer. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or sharing of the app’s content in any form is strictly prohibited.

Users are expected to use the app responsibly and in accordance with Islamic principles. The following actions are prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing any content without permission.
• Engaging in unauthorized or illegal activities within the app.
• Misusing the app to harm the platform or its users.

There are no subscription plans or premium content in Qura. All features and content are available for free to ensure accessibility to all users.

We reserve the right to update the terms of service at any time. Updates will be communicated through the "My Page" section in the app. Additionally, Qura reserves the right to terminate user access in cases of policy violations.

While Qura strives to provide accurate and reliable content, we do not guarantee the app’s continuous availability without interruptions. Qura shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of disputes, we encourage users to contact us directly. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration under Jordanian law.
